Masato Sakai

Sakai Masato is a Japanese actor and voice actor. Graduated from Miyazaki Prefectural Miyazaki Minami High School, a high school affiliated with the Faculty of Education and Culture of Miyazaki University. Graduated from Waseda University. He is the eldest of three brothers in his family. In 2004, he played the role of "Yamanami Keisuke", the chief of the Shinsengumi group in the NHK annual drama "Shinsengumi", and in April 2005, he won the first place in a TV magazine's favorite actor contest. In 2008, he was again praised for his role as Tokugawa Iadin in the NHK drama "Atsuhime".
