Leslie Cheung

Leslie Cheung Kwok Wing, 12 September 1956 - 1 April 2003, was a Hong Kong actor, singer, stage performer and songwriter who was one of the most influential performers in the Chinese community. His nickname, Brother (gorgor), is rumoured to be a nickname given to Cheung by Joey Wong during a film shoot, and has since spread.
